The walnut-paneled library is lined with bookcases originally brought from Hay-on-Wye, a Welsh town famous for its bookshops. In addition to the surprises found on the shelves, one of the bookcases has a hinged mechanism so that it opens like a door, revealing an intriguing nook behind it.
