Main Concepts

THE 22-DAY REVOLUTION is a high-carb vegan diet. Many diets require participants to shun carbs, which can in fact lead to rapid weight loss, but weight on low-carb diet very often plateaus. The 22-Day Revolution, instead, focuses on carbs that are low on the glycemic index (a measure of how much a certain food affects your blood sugar levels). This helps prevent the dreaded blood sugar spike and crash that often leads to out-of-control binging. When you eat low-GI carbs, your blood sugar stabilizes and your hunger is controlled.
