Tuna is a wonderful fish that cooks fast and makes a delicious dinner over salad or rice.

2 (6-ounce) tuna steaks
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
4 teaspoons dried oregano
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium lemon, cut into 4 wedges
The best way to eat tuna steaks is by searing them. The center is raw, but you still get a nice brown top. Cook for about 11⁄2 minutes per side for rare; give it an extra minute for medium-rare.
