Berry-Nutritious Antioxidant Salad

Some studies show that 1 cup of berries per day provides the necessary disease-fighting antioxidants that you need for 1 day.

Ingredients

1 cup cubed mango

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 cup sliced strawberries

Juice of 12 medium orange

Juice of 1 medium lemon

Fresh mint for garnish

Add a Boost

When in season, add the seeds of one pomegranate to your salad. This will boost the antioxidant properties of your salad.

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mango, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
  2. Add the orange and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
