Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry

Napa cabbage is the perfect combination of crunchy and soft—perfect for stir-fry dishes or salads.

Ingredients

Serves 2

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

3 medium carrots peeled and sliced

3 medium stalks celery, sliced

1 (1") piece fresh gingerroot, chopped

4 cups sliced napa cabbage

12 teaspoon salt

12 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos

Serve with Fish

This recipe is delicious served with baked or pan-fried whitefish and Resistant Starch Brown Rice (see recipe in Chapter 11).

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  2. Add the carrots and celery and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the ginger and napa cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Stir frequently and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add the Braggs Liquid Aminos, stir, and cook for 1 or 2 minutes until the carrots are al dente. Serve.
