Spaghetti squash is an excellent and healthy alternative to regular noodles. It is lower in calories but still gives you the texture of noodles.
Ingredients
Serves 4
1 medium spaghetti squash
4 medium stalks celery, sliced
Juice of 2 medium lemons
Zest of 1 medium lemon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
If you don’t have issues with bell pepper, add 1⁄2 cup of diced red bell pepper and 1⁄2 cup of diced green bell peppers to this recipe.
