No-Rice Spicy Tuna Rolls

Who said you can’t have sushi on Whole30? These rolls are not only Whole30-compliant, but they’re so satisfying and delicious that you won’t even notice there isn’t any rice. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create restaurant-quality sushi right in your own kitchen!

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and Sriracha.

Fold each nori sheet lengthwise and crosswise until it breaks easily into 4 pieces to create 16 squares.

For each roll, place about 2 cucumber matchsticks, 2 ginger matchsticks, 1 slice avocado, 2 slices green onion, and 1 rounded tablespoon of tuna mixture diagonally at the bottom left corner of a nori square. Sprinkle with some of the sesame seeds. Gently roll into a cone and tuck the pointed end under; use your fingers to wet the edge of the nori square with water to seal.

Serve the rolls with wasabi and coconut aminos for dipping.
