Using a compliant ranch dressing, cooked chicken, and a package of precooked beets means this gorgeous salad comes together in less than 15 minutes.

In a large pot of boiling water, cook the green beans just until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Drain and immediately place in a large bowl of ice water until completely cool, about 1 minute. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing and tarragon. Arrange the green beans, chicken, tomatoes, and beets in rows on serving plates. Drizzle the salads with some of the dressing and serve.
