IRVIN MUCHNICK (ConcussionInc.net) is the author of Wrestling Babylon: Piledriving Tales of Drugs, Sex, Death, and Scandal, and co-author of Benoit: Wrestling with the Horror That Destroyed a Family and Crippled a Sport (both ECW Press, 2007). A native of St. Louis, he now lives in California, where he fights “only when I have to.” He is the lead respondent in the landmark 2009 Supreme Court case on freelance writers’ rights, Reed Elsevier v. Muchnick.
