Belly-Filling Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients:

1 cup of Quinoa

2 sticks of cinnamon

2 garlic cloves

3 tablespoons of corn flour

1 teaspoon of sugar to taste

1 apple (to decorate)

1 strawberry (to decorate)

½ liter of water
Direction
Step #1: Place the washed Quinoa in water and add the cinnamon and cloves and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step #2: Add the corn flour which is dissolved in cold water, unto the Quinoa being cooked, and cook further. Pour the porridge inside some dessert bowls and let them cool before decorating with apple and strawberry, then serve.
