Fascinating Quinoa Tabbouleh

Ingredients:

2 cups of Quinoa

1 ½ Cups of chopped parsley leaves

1 ½ cup of chopped cilantro leaves

3/4 cup of mint leaves (chopped)

1/3 bunch of spring onion

2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 ½ cup of tomatoes

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1/3 teaspoon of salt

1/3 teaspoon of pepper
Direction
Step #1: Rinse the quinoa in clean water to reduce the bitterness, then cook for about 20 minutes inside slated water.
Step #2: Cut your spring onions and tomatoes, and chop the parsley, mint and cilantro leaves properly. Mix all the ingredients together, along with the quinoa and add the lemon juice, salt, and the pepper. Serve immediately.
