Healthy Quinoa Salad Served with Ginger and Tuna

Ingredients:

2 cups of Quinoa

3 handfuls of seaweed

3 average cans of tuna

2 ½ large chopped tomatoes

2 ½ medium spring onions

2 shaved ginger for added taste

3/4 cup of Vinegar for added taste

2 ½ teaspoons of lemon juice

1/3 a teaspoon of salt
Direction
Step #1: Cook the quinoa for about 20 minutes in 2 cups of water and set aside. Chop your seaweeds, as well as tomatoes and onions.
Step #2: Rinse your cooked Quinoa inside a strainer, and then place it inside a bowl alongside the tuna. Add the shaved ginger, lemon juice, wine vinegar, and salt, for some added taste. Mix all the ingredients together and stir before serving.
