Step #1: Wash before boiling the Quinoa over high heat and inside water. Chop up the onion and dice the pepper, before cooking them. Once the onion and pepper has been cooked, add the Saffir or turmeric, before adding the eggs and cheese.
Step #2: Stir in the already cooked Quinoa and serve by sprinkling
some chives, and then add the scrambled eggs.
