Amazing Quinoa with Chia Seed Porridge, And Stone Fruits

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups of Quinoa

1 cup of almond milk

1 ½ cup of water

3 ½ tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of raw honey or maple syrup

2/3 teaspoon of salt

1 empty vanilla pod

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/3 teaspoon of ground Turmeric
-
1/3 cup of currants
-
½ fresh diced peach
-
1/2 fresh nectarine
-
½ cup of toppings like almonds
Direction:
Step #1: Add all ingredients for porridge inside a pot and heat over medium heat, bring it to a boil and turn the heat to the minimum after 5 minutes.
Step #2: Let the mix simmer and make sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Add the toppings and serve while it is warm.
