Step #1: Boil the Quinoa inside boiling water for about 25 minutes and set aside. Cut the pork and cook with salt, onion and garlic. Add the lard and cook further for about 25 minutes.
Step #2:  Add the Quinoa and before the potatoes and boil further for about 12 minutes. add the peanut once the mixture is cooked, then add the milk and coriander and serve immediately after cooking.
