1 cup of Quinoa

3 spring onion

2 large carrots

6 garlic cloves

Step #1: Wash the Quinoa and cook in water over high heat, alongside the chopped veggies. Get a separate bowl and mix the seasoning with the onion and split up the garlic cloves.
Step #2: Add extra water to the ingredients and boil over low heat and stir constantly to avoid burning at the bottom. Add salt, before
removing the mix from heat. To complete the Punuchi, simply wrap the pot inside a blanket or hide, and let the cooking be done without the heat. You can serve hot.
