Lovely Quinoa Sponge Cake

Step #1: Beat the egg yolk, with butter, sugar, until they form a creamy mix (place the egg white in a separate container). 
Step #2: Get another bowl, and inside place the white flour, alongside the Quinoa flour, white flour, grated orange peel and mix all the ingredients thoroughly and then pour in the previous mix. Add the orange juice, with the milk and then beat very well.
Step #3: Beat the egg whites until it becomes stiff before folding into the mix. Grease and flour a baking pan before placing your batter inside, then bake for about 45 minutes at 250-degree C. serve while hot.
