Step #1: Squeeze your lemon inside a small container and set aside. Get a bowl and inside, add the red onion with the quinoa, avocado, pepper, onion, tomato and green chili. 
Step #2: Get a new bowl, and inside combine the salt with olive oil, coriander, lemon juice, and cilantro. Mix the ingredients together before serving with lettuce and parsley.
