Make Doing What You Like a Priority

The things you do regularly shape your life much more than the things you do once in a while. So make sure you’re regularly doing things that make you happy. What things do you do frequently that make you feel good? It may be cooking a healthy meal, reading a great book, going for a walk, talking to a friend, or something else.

Once a week, make a list of five things that bring you joy. Let this list help you gauge how you’re doing—when you notice that you haven’t done anything on your list in three days, for example, you know you have to do some re-prioritizing.
