Live in the Now

Worrying about the future is an energy drainer. It’s a counterproductive means for attempting to control outcome. The more you attempt to control, the more stuck, emotionally fragile, and overwhelmed you may feel. Treat your body as an ally. What is it trying to tell you?

Deferring to your body as a channel of light and love brings you to the present moment, where fear and worry do not exist. Help open this channel wide by repeating the mantra, I feel the flow of light now. If you tend to focus on what you have to do or what is left undone, consider reciting this mantra at the beginning and end of each day.
