Bask in the Sun’s Joy

The sun is one of the greatest sources of happiness and joy on earth. Not only does the sun give you vitamin D, which is essential to maintaining a positive mood and healthy bones, it also strengthens your energy field. Think about how good you feel after sitting (even briefly) in the sun. Give thanks to the sun for your happiness by saying, Basking in your radiant rays now; thank you, sun, for strengthening my aura.
