The law of attraction is a philosophical idea that asserts that the power of your thought is always drawing to you positive and negative people, objects, situations, and circumstances. Use this power to draw good energy and happiness into your soul. Formulate a clear intention and then infuse it with the belief that you deserve what you ask for; trust that what you ask for, you’ll receive; and feelings of confidence, joy, expectancy, and gratitude will follow. Use the following meditation technique to get started:
1. Sit with eyes closed.
2. Visualize a specific object you desire.
3. Mentally state your intention to draw your heart’s desire into your life. Be bold and specific in your declaration. For example, if you want a string of beads to use for chanting prayers or a mantra, you might say to yourself: I desire to manifest a japa mala of 108 sandalwood prayer beads from India tied with red string, and I am drawing it to me now.
4. Affirm you are deserving and ready to receive. Make a space in your life for the object.
5. Stoke a feeling of jubilation, feeling as you will when the object arrives, not questioning when or how it will come.
6. Feel genuine gratitude and happiness for all that comes to you when you manifest your wants.
