Happy people tend to shine on rather than move on. To move on means to push your feelings down or hold them back, and then go about your way. To shine on means to pause and allow yourself to fully experience what is coming up without judging it. While you pause, quietly repeat Shine on! to yourself in order to stay in the right mind-set.
You might feel a twisted feeling in your stomach, tightness in your chest, or clenching of your teeth. Shining on means to trust the inner guidance of your body. Digest your emotions and you will grow (shine) from the experience. Ignore or guard yourself from your emotions and you may find yourself recycling (stuck in) the same emotions and experiences.
