Move In, Not On

When it comes to forgiveness, there is no moving on; there is only moving in. Your attitude and life experiences may change, but it is only when you move deeper into yourself that you will truly be liberated. The next time you hear yourself saying, “I need to move on” or “If only I could just stop thinking about this person or situation,” consider reciting I choose to let go by moving in rather than moving on.

Allow this mantra to draw your awareness inward. As you move inward, your perception will shift and you may realize that there was never anything to let go of in the first place. The thing you thought you needed to let go of turns into something you have learned to appreciate and respect.
