Foster Your Sense of Belonging

By nature, human beings need to feel connected to others. This connection is a necessary daily supplement to fostering happiness and growth. Strengthen this sense of belonging by chanting, I am a part of something greater. My breath unites me with this now.

Naturally, there may be times when you question how and in what ways you fit in. Perhaps you are a new mom, a student, or newly retired. This uneasiness can even happen within your own family unit. Wanting and trying to fit in or feeling bad for being different often makes things worse. Instead, know that you are always a key part of the universe. You are wanted and needed. This mantra reminds you that you are part of something greater. It connects you to your wholeness (by saying I am).
