Use your chair as a relaxation tool with this simple stretch that also quiets the mind.
1. Scoot to the edge of your seat, opening your feet and knees as wide as the chair seat.
2. Fold forward, resting your torso on your thighs, letting your head and arms dangle down toward the floor.
3. Stay here for a few breaths, feeling your rib cage inflate and deflate with each breath and imagining any stressful thoughts running out of your head and pooling onto the floor.
4. So you don’t disturb the peace you just created, roll up out of this slowly.
