Here’s the thing: fear is not real. Yup, that’s right, fear is not real. When you are experiencing symptoms of fear it sure feels real, though, doesn’t it? The way you see the world is affected when you are in fear and your energy is not circulating properly. Rather than seeing choices, you see limitations; rather than seeing love and happiness, you see hurt and resentment.
Take a few moments now to connect with your breath. Tell yourself, Fear is an illusion. Love is the only thing that is real. On the inhale, inflate your lower abdomen and take in one slow, rhythmic breath. Allow the energy of fear to transform into courage, strength, and (with practice) love. State this mantra three to five times and then take one full complete breath (inhale to the count of three and exhale to the count of three). Imagine these words as energy moving freely through your body.
