Writing an abundance check to yourself might take only a minute or two of your time, but it could pay off substantially in a newfound prosperity. Consider how it’s worked for others such as the actor Jim Carrey who—as the story goes—wrote himself a check for $10 million that he carried around before he became a household name. Do the new moon check ritual once a month.
1. On a blank check (a real one or one you create to look real), write today’s date.
2. Make it out to your full legal name.
3. Leave blank the dollar amount box and line but on the signature line, write: Law of Abundance.
4. Write in the memo sector: Paid in full.
5. Take out the check at the beginning of each new moon and hold the paper in your palms while you visualize the dollar amount you desire to attract that month.
6. Feel happiness when you are inspired with ideas for opportunities for making money as well as when money flows in; don’t forget to express gratitude (write thank-you notes and tuck them into a box where you keep the check).
