CASHEW AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

 

This recipe is packed with potassium and other nutrients but it is easy to make. It’s good for those who are nuts and banana lovers.

 

Ingredients:

 

1c of ice

1T maple syrup, pure

¼c raw cashews, unsalted

½ banana

 

Procedure:

 

-In a blender, put water and add the cashews.

-Cover the blender first and put inside the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight, as you desire. This is to soften the raw cashews.

-Then, you can add the banana, the maple syrup and the ice and start blending them all until they are smooth and frothy.

-Pour into a glass and serve.
