AVOCADO AND RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

 

This is a recipe that combines the taste of avocado and berries together resulting to their combined nutrients in one sweet beverage.

 

Ingredients:

 

¾c orange juice, fresh

½c raspberries, frozen and unthawed

1pc pitted and peeled avocado

¾c fresh raspberry juice

 

Procedure:

 

-In the blender, mix all the ingredients and then blend them for 5 minutes or until it becomes smooth.

-Pour the smoothie on a glass. You can refrigerate the smoothie more or serve it immediately. This recipe makes 2 servings and it is up to you to tweak it to more or less servings.
