A perfect smoothie to enjoy when the fruit harvest comes through in the summer.
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
*1/2 of a pair (cubed and cored)
*1/3 cup of yogurt (vanilla)
*1/4 cup of ice
*1/8 cup of milk
*1 strawberry
*1 teaspoon of honey
Directions:
Add the 1/4 cup of ice in the bottom of the blender then add the 1/2 of a cubed pear, along with the 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/8 cup of milk, hulled strawberry and the teaspoon of honey. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass, and enjoy.
