Orange Carrot Cantaloupe Smoothie

 

This is a refreshing smoothie with carrots, but all you taste is the delicious cantaloupe.

 

Makes 1 serving.

 

Ingredients:

 

*1 cup of cantaloupe (diced and ripe)

*1/2 cup of carrot juice

*1/2 cup of frozen yogurt (vanilla)

*1 tablespoon of orange juice (straight from the frozen concentrate can)

 

Directions:

 

Add the 1 cup of diced ripe cantaloupe, 1/2 cup of carrot juice, 1/2 cup of frozen vanilla yogurt and tablespoon of frozen orange juice concentrate to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
