Banana Kale Orange Smoothie

 

All you taste is the banana and orange in this delicious vegetable smoothie.

 

Makes 1 serving.

 

Ingredients:

 

*1 orange (peeled and quartered)

*1 kale leaf (torn into pieces)

*1/2 cup of water (cold)

*1 cup of bananas (chunked)

 

Directions:

 

First, add the orange in the blender and blend. Next, add the 1/2 cup of cold water and the kale leaf pieces and blend. Last, add the cup of banana chunks and blend until smooth. Smoothie will be thick. Pour in a glass and drink or spoon eat.
