Apple Strawberry Banana Smoothie

 

Protein rich smoothie with the flavor of apples, strawberries, and bananas.

 

Makes 1 serving.

 

Ingredients:

 

*1/2 cup of strawberries

*1/4 cup of apple juice

*1/4 cup of yogurt (frozen vanilla)

*1/4 cup of tofu (soft)

*1/4 cup of banana (chunked)

*1/4 cup of ice cubes

*1/2 tablespoon of honey

*1 strawberry (sliced)

 

In a blender add the 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/4 cup of apple juice, 1/4 cup of frozen vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup of soft tofu, 1/4 cup of chunked banana, 1/2 tablespoon of honey and blend until smooth. Add the 1/4 cup of ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with the sliced strawberries, and enjoy.
