Banana Raspberry Tofu Smoothie

 

Classic tofu makes a smoothie a complete meal replacement.

 

Makes 1 serving.

 

Ingredients:

 

*1/4 cup of tofu (silken)

*1/4 cup of milk

*1/4 cup of banana (chunked

*1/4 cup of raspberries

**2 tablespoons of orange juice (from frozen concentrate can)

 

Directions:

 

In a blender, add 1/4 cup of tofu (silken), 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of banana (chunked), 1/4 cup of raspberries, and 2 tablespoons of orange juice (from frozen concentrate can) and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
