The test included in this book is designed to provide practice answering exam-style questions, along with a review of medical assisting content. Your results on this test indicate where you are now. It is not designed to predict your ability to pass the CMA or RMA exams.
The test has 300 questions total, with 100 questions each in the general, administrative, and clinical sections. Calculate the number of questions you answered correctly in each section. If you answered 70 or more questions correctly in a given section, you have a good understanding of that subject area. If you answered between 60 and 69 questions correctly in a section, you could benefit from further review of that content. If you answered fewer than 59 questions correctly, you need focused study of that content. Examine your incorrect answers to see exactly which areas you should review.
