I would like to give a heartfelt thanks to my special family, friends and the people who gave me valuable guidance while writing this book.

First, I would like to give a enormous thanks to my loving husband, Steve, for always supporting and encouraging me in everything I do. You have always been very supportive and understanding, not only while I was writing this book, but also as I have been living through my menopause experience.

You are very loving, caring and patient with me. I know it has been hard for you at times; it must have seemed you were married to two different women. Words cannot express how much I appreciate everything you have done for me.

I treasure you and will love you forever.

Thanks to my four precious gifts from God, my children Benjamin, Krystel, Chantelle and Marcus, for being there for me when I have needed you, caring for me and for always loving me unconditionally. I am so proud of each and every one of you.

I love you all from the deepest part of my heart.

I would like to give a special thanks to Flo Wilkinson. You have been such a big part of my life especially when I have been going through so many emotions during my menopause years.

You have a special place in my heart.

I would like to give a sincere thanks to my special friends, Terri Seivers, Roslyn Whitney and Marilyn Morley, for sharing their personal experiences with menopause with us. I really appreciate your time, and I know you are so very busy in your own lives.

You are all truly amazing women, and I am honored to be your friend.

I would like to give a big thanks to my editor, Calee Allen. You were a great help to me not only in your editing but also with all the valuable advice you gave me. I really appreciate it, and I look forward to working with you in the future.
