DIY Soap Tools
It seems that sets of instructions for soap cutters are a dime a dozen, but every single one I have ever tried has been pretty awful. You can purchase a really nice one, but I thought it was high time to put out a decent DIY soap cutter and other tools.
The following instructions are for the more serious DIYer who may have access to or own a few wood-cutting tools. The directions are easy enough to follow. I tested them out on my not-so-crafty friend, but I did the cuts for him in advance.
I used a table saw to get accurate straight cuts, a jigsaw, a drill, wood glue, screwdriver, sandpaper, and wood clamps, just to give you an idea of what you will need to be comfortable using.
