Thank you!

Thank you for reading What the Tide Brings!

I started writing this book after several weeks of fearing I’d never have another story idea again. The morning after I started writing, I woke up in that early morning haze with a memory of a great story I’d started the day before, and I couldn’t wait to get back to reading it so I could see how it ended. When I woke up properly I realised the story was one I’d started writing, and to get to the end I had to write it. I’ve really enjoyed unravelling the story of Myna and Ronan and Ebba, and I hope you have to.

If you have a spare moment, please consider leaving a review on your favourite bookseller’s site, or consider Goodreads or your blog if you have one. Reviews are a great way for other readers to determine if a book is something they’d like to read, and it can be a great help for authors to sell more copies.

Also, if you haven’t read them already, there are two short story prequels available – free! ‘Maggie and the Selkie’ is set a generation before ‘What the Tide Brings’ and is available from all good ebook sellers, and Ronan’s Tale joins the two stories together, and is available free when you sign up to my newsletter.

You can also follow me on Bookbub, or visit my website at www.heatherewings.com.au to learn more about me, and read some of my short stories.
