A Passing Note

Whoever has an old or beautiful suitcase would beware of placing it on the conveyor belt of airports amongst those of the others that will damage it in such a way that one does not recognize it again. And thus one also chooses one of the other hard, unattractive ones, a “monster,” like those of the other people, when he mingles with them, with the others, when one has to travel. It is the same with food and air and water. In the end, that which we flee from saves us. Substitute nourishment has not yet been seized by the plague of radiation that makes life comfortable for us.
