Note: This story takes place pre-Covid. So, there were no masks, restaurants were fully open, and people were not worried about keeping a hockey stick's length away.

In the story, I mentioned Canadian Tire money. They gave these paper monies out at Canadian Tire during a purchase, in nominations of five cents to two dollars. I believe they are now discontinued, but at one time several retailers accepted Canadian Tire Money.

This is the third book of the murder mystery series with Detectives Anya Roberts and Moss Stone; following A Taste Of Murder and Play Dead. Roberts and Stone have a close relationship, partly because they dated before they became partners as detectives.
