TRAVIS CULPEPPER:
U.S. Secretary of State. Virginia native. The only cabinet member retained by President Longbridge from the prior administration and the only significant Longbridge appointment made against Harrington’s insistent disapproval.

Swanson’s longtime friend and FBI Agent who joins in the investigation. Also Manhattan’s Special Agent-in- Charge of apprehending and/or preventing Mayson Corelli from leaving New York.

Swanson’s and Harvey’s Bureau adversary. Director Chapman’s loyal protege and Agent-in-Charge of the mission to apprehend and/or kill Corelli and Waddill.
