• ½ cup mayonnaise (see page 15)
• ¼ cup chili sauce
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• ¼ teaspoon celery seed
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1. Blend the ingredients together well in a small bowl. If you use a commercial mayonnaise, stir it first until it is smooth and creamy before mixing in the other ingredients. This seems to prevent the formation of any small curdles or lumps.
