8. Cardamom Orange Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients except for the shredded coconut into a blender and blend well.
  2. Form ping-pong sized balls from the mixture.
  3. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
  4. Place in fridge to set.
