I enjoyed being part of the Rocky Mountain Heirs series because it combines two things that are very special to me—faith and family.

Proverbs 13:22 says, “A good man leaves an inheritance for his children’s children…” That’s what Lucas’s grandfather, George Clayton, wanted to do. He took steps near the end of his life to make sure his family could have a new start. A new start that involved forgiveness, commitment and, of course, love!

It’s my prayer that after reading this series, you will have a new and deeper appreciation for your own family. With God’s help, we can all leave a wonderful legacy to the next generation.
