ROSEMARY’S APPLE CRUMB PIE

6 cups peeled and sliced (or chopped) apples

1 ⅓ cups sugar

3 tablespoons flour

¾ teaspoon salt

⅓ cup half-and-half

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Refrigerated pie shell

CRUMBS:

½ cup butter, cold

½ cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

1. Combine all pie ingredients and place in unbaked pie shell.

2. Combine crumb mixture and sprinkle on top.

3. Bake at 325°F for 55 minutes or until apples are tender.
