Was current chair of the Defense Oversight Committee when he was arrested and charged with passing government secrets to an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation posing as an escort. He was later found guilty of six felony counts and sentenced to seventy years in prison, but was released pending a decision on his appeal. He has been missing ever since. Whereabouts: unknown. Donnelley, Buford: Former organic chemist at the National Institutes of Health prior to its dissolution following the Twelve Day War. He managed to obtain a trace amount of deprolidone (allegedly from Nobel Laureate Eugene Halliwell, a professor of immunology at Royce State College) and was able to run a series of rudimentary tests on it. He attempted to publish a paper titled, RDL-418: A Preliminary Chemical Analysis Using Mass Spectrometry and HPLC, its Prospects for Use as a Diagnostic Aid for Carriers of Reanimation Prion Protein (RPP), and Potential Abuse as an Infection Masking Agent. The paper offered a tantalizing partial molecular structure and proposed a mechanism of action, but soon after his submission to the Proceedings of the Academy of Strategic Necrology Donnelley was found guilty of scientific misconduct, stripped of his graduate credentials, and fired from his position. The paper was never published, although copies of the abstract may still be found circulating the black streams.
