SOFT-BOIL EGGS

Free-Range Eggs
Saucepan
STEPS

Place the eggs in a saucepan. Add cold water to cover them by 1 inch.

Heat the water over high heat just until boiling. Turn off heat, cover, and leave for desired yolk texture. (See below.)

Once done, lift the eggs out of the pan with a slotted spoon. Place each into an egg cup.
