INGREDIENTS

2 cup of vanilla yogurt, frozen

4-6 tsp of honey

2 banana

2 peeled and cored apple

1 cup of apple juice

1/2 cup of lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend together all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth mixture.

2. Transfer to a tall chilled glass.

1 1/2 cup of skim milk

2 tbsp of wheat germ

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend oatmeal for a few minutes in blender.  Add 1 banana, vanilla, wheat germ, brown sugar and milk. Blend until mixture is smooth and thick.

If desired, serve with ice.
