CREAMY BLUE CHEESE DIP

The dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days; season with additional salt and pepper before serving. Serve with crudités, potato chips, or Spicy Buffalo Wings.

ounces blue cheese, crumbled (1½ cups)

½

cup buttermilk, plus extra as needed

garlic clove, minced

cup sour cream

tablespoons mayonnaise

tablespoons white wine vinegar

teaspoon sugar

½

teaspoon salt

½

teaspoon pepper

Using fork, mash blue cheese, buttermilk, and garlic together in bowl until mixture resembles cottage cheese. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add extra buttermilk as needed to adjust dip consistency and serve.
